Parade builders now have the chance to encourage other local builders to join, fostering collaboration and creating dynamic clusters of homes.

This initiative is designed to enhance the Parade experience by reviving the walkability that defined its early years. While the original Parade featured homes along a single street, we’re reimagining this concept with several small, walkable clusters. These clusters will not only drive increased traffic to participating homes but also provide visitors with a more engaging and convenient experience.

Once a builder has submitted their application and paid their entry fees, they become eligible to participate in our exclusive referral program!

• For every additional builder a participant refers who successfully enters the 2025 Parade of Homes, they will receive $1,000 back.
• The referred builder must mention the referring builder's name on their application to qualify.
• There’s no limit to how many builders can be referred, meaning the more referrals, the greater the rewards!
• Builders are also eligible for this program if they enter a second home in the Parade.
