As the nation’s first Parade of Homes, launched in 1946, this milestone year promises jaw-dropping homes across Salt Lake and Tooele Counties, showcasing the brilliance of our builders. With stunning homes—ranging from 1,800 to 14,000 square feet—and one incredible remodel, this is a Parade you won’t want to miss!
A Historic ShowcaseFor 79 years, the Salt Lake Parade of Homes, hosted by the Salt Lake Home Builders Association, has inspired homeowners and design lovers with innovative homes. This year, we’re celebrating with homes in Salt Lake County and Tooele County, and one must-see remodel. From cozy 1,800-square-foot gems to the largest passive house in the country at 14,000 square feet, our builders are redefining modern living. Whether you’re seeking design inspiration or your dream home’s builder, the 2025 Parade is the place to be!
What to Expect

Tickets are available at SaltLakeParade.com or via our free mobile app, featuring maps and a “plan my day” tool. The Parade runs daily from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM (closed Sundays and Mondays).
