Building New Lives for Utah’s Homeless.  We believe everyone deserves a place to call home.  Our mission is building new lives for Utah's homeless through housing and community outreach.  We provide safe, stable, dignified housing and the support services and necessities needed to get individuals & families back on their feet. 

Limited resale inventory and strong growth in demand continued to put upward pressure on house prices.
