Congressman Owens, representing Utah’s Fourth Congressional District, currently serves on the House Education and the Workforce Committee and the House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee. He had a successful career in the NFL, playing for the New York Jets and the Oakland Raiders, and winning a Super Bowl with the Raiders in 1980. He believes in the guiding principles of faith, family, free markets, and education.
